Hello, That is a great question. I always recommend you talk to your Doctor before beginning any exercises. Yes it is safe to exercise while pregnant. When you are in your first trimester most exercises are doable as long as they are comfortable to you. As you progress into the second and third trimesters you want your exercises to be low impact aerobics exercises. Walking and swimming are great and considered safe.
