What is Spiritual Hypnotherapy?

From my perspective, I believe that spiritual hypnotherapy mostly has to do with soul work and aligning the client with their own soul/higher self and gaining resolutions in their lives leading them to becoming complete and whole. This is something I specialize in and find it extremely liberating for everyone involved.

Spiritual hypnotherapy is rediscovering the core of who you are with all the resources that you brought into this world to share with others and to fulfill your unique potential in life. It is healing the misperceptions and emotional residue that have caused you to think you are unlovable, unworthy, or incapable. I believe Spiritual Hypnotherapy is about integrating your light AND your dark.
Being courageous enough to face your darkness, rather than suppressing it and casting even larger illusions.

So what is darkness? To me, it is all the lower levels of consciousness, things like: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger and pride.

And what is light? All the higher levels of consciousness, things like: courage, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy and bliss.

We must honor our darkness and thank it for everything it taught us. Embracing our darkness in this way is was gives us the courage to then show up fully in our light.

Spiritual Hypnotherapy can also include seeing, sensing, speaking to or experiencing your Spiritual Self — asking it for words of wisdom, gifts, tools or objects to help you in your journey. This part of you can also be considered your Higher Self, Future Self, Quantum Self or the Wise One Within.

I'd like to add that Spiritual Hypnotherapy also includes getting in touch with ones higher self and ones pure essence/divine spark. The divine spark is the part of us which remains pure and whole, untouched by all of life's experiences and traumas. Hypnosis is utilized to assist the client in shedding the many layers built up over a lifetime and experiencing who they are at their core and their relationship with G-d/Source. It's like having a Near Death Experience NDE, and gaining the benefits, without having to go through the NDE.

I would add that spiritual hypnotherapy is not necessarily Christian, and can be combined with other modalities such as therapeutic imagery and life progression (exploring future lives).

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool, but couple it with the Spiritual World and WOW the healings are remarkable!
