What is Spiritual Hypnotherapy?

I help my clients release stress and anxiety through hypnosis so they can take charge of their lives feeling happy, confident, and renewed.

Spiritual hypnotherapy is rediscovering the core of who you are with all the resources that you brought into this world to share with others and to fulfill your unique potential in life. It is healing the misperceptions and emotional residue that have caused you to think you are unlovable, unworthy, or incapable. Schedule a free consultation with me to learn how hypnosis can help restore your confidence and vitality on all levels - spiritual, emotional, and physical. I look forward to speaking with you soon.

I help courageous hearts ELIMINATE their inner critic and IGNITE their inner revolution x100 faster than traditional therapy methods so they can finally create the life they desire.

I believe Spiritual Hypnotherapy is about integrating your light AND your dark.
Being courageous enough to face your darkness, rather than suppressing it and casting even larger illusions.

So what is darkness? To me, it is all the lower levels of consciousness, things like: shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger and pride.

And what is light? All the higher levels of consciousness, things like: courage, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy and bliss.

We must honor our darkness and thank it for everything it taught us. Embracing our darkness in this way is was gives us the courage to then show up fully in our light.

Spiritual Hypnotherapy can also include seeing, sensing, speaking to or experiencing your Spiritual Self — asking it for words of wisdom, gifts, tools or objects to help you in your journey. This part of you can also be considered your Higher Self, Future Self, Quantum Self or the Wise One Within.

As a Quantum Health & Healing practitioner, I utilize hypnosis, energy & coaching in conjunction with quantum principles for rapid transformation in assisting clients in regaining health on all levels

I'd like to add that Spiritual Hypnotherapy also includes getting in touch with ones higher self and ones pure essence/divine spark. The divine spark is the part of us which remains pure and whole, untouched by all of life's experiences and traumas. Hypnosis is utilized to assist the client in shedding the many layers built up over a lifetime and experiencing who they are at their core and their relationship with G-d/Source. It's like having a Near Death Experience NDE, and gaining the benefits, without having to go through the NDE.

I would add that spiritual hypnotherapy is not necessarily Christian, and can be combined with other modalities such as therapeutic imagery and life progression (exploring future lives).

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful tool, but couple it with the Spiritual World and WOW the healings are remarkable! After being trained in Past Life Regression with Dr. Brian Weiss, I realized that we can not only find answers from our past lives, but also from the spirit world. In a deep state of relaxation, clients can enter the superconscious mind which is our connection to the divine. My clients experience communication with those loved ones and pets who have crossed over. This is very healing for grief. They also can experience meetings with Archangels like Michael, the protector, and Rafael, the healer. A lot of information is given to them from the Angels. My favorite part of the session is when a Master like Jesus or God joins us. Talk about a Divine Healing! The messages and gifts from them blow me away. Luckily, I record the whole thing so that my clients have every word. Spiritual Hypnotherapy is my passion. There is nothing more satisfying then taking someone to God. Life Changing!
