Transforming the way you feel

Hi Amanda,

Craniosacral therapy is great for babies. The birthing process can be stressful on a babies body. It can put pressure on the child's skull and even create an overlapping of skull bones. It can also cause strain on the neck and rest of their body. Craniosacral therapy can help realign the skeletal and craniosacral systems, strengthen the the immune system and start off a babies life on the right foot. I have worked with babies and seen the profound positive effect it has. Every child should get this done.

Hi Amanda,

Craniosacral work can help babies in a few different ways. During birth, their bodies undergo quite a bit of stress. Craniosacral work can help direct their bodies back to alignment from the intensity of labor.

I help women go from fatigued, stressed out, bloated and moody to calm and vibrant with a deep sense of confidence as they journey through perimenopause to menopause.

Hello- Craniosacral is great for supporting babies to relax their nervous system, promote balanced sleep and ease digestive distress. The craniosacral therapist is skilled at feeling this subtle movement and areas of restriction in the skull, spine, sacrum, joints and muscles. Areas of restriction lead to decrease in nerve transmission, flow of vital fluids and then to symptoms of pain and discomfort. These areas of restriction lead to stresses of the system and contribute to dysfunction and poor health. The touch is extremely gentle and sensitive, so your appointment will be relaxing and enjoyable. I work with babies often and see great results with craniosacral. It just helps the body have more capability to create balance. I treat babies while they are in mama's arms so it is more relaxing for them. You can check into a Naturopathic doctor or Osteopathic doctor in your area who does this type of physical medicine. So profound for supporting babies.
