I provide therapy to adults and military Veterans for pain, chronic back pain, joint pain, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress and sleep.

When I was taking my training, I heard over 40 conditions this was good for. The ones that came up the most were: head aches, brain trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, dizziness, balance issues, pain in the body (muscle, tissue, fascia, bone, organ), sinus issues, and memory. In general it is good for people with any type of trauma, overuse injuries, disuse, and disease. It has helped people prior to, and after surgery to recover more quickly. It can be done with women who are pregnant (after 1st trimester), babies, toddlers, children, and all ages.
The diagnosis that I learned that it was not as effective for and precautions exist are: very recent fractures/spine instability, Arnold Chiari Malformation, inflamed Rheumatoid Arthritis, Down's Syndrome, Marfan's Syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Severe Osteoporosis.
The techniques done for children under 7 years old, or small underdeveloped children under 9, are slightly varied from working with adults and should be ideally done by a person trained in Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy.

Noticing things getting in the way of being your best self for the clients you serve.

Craniosacral Therapy is an especially effective treatment modality for headaches, neck pain and stiffness, venous sinus drainage, TMJ, post-concussion syndrome and TBI, general stress and tension, lower back pain, general reorientation of the body to health. Its gentle approach to palpation makes it an ideal modality for patients with Asperger's Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and cancer, for example.
