Not to sound like a broken record, but I'm going to echo the resounding response of "everyone"! The beauty of nutrition counseling is that the approach is tailored to each individual's specific needs, goals and concerns. Even if someone has a "healthy" diet nailed down, they could benefit in other ways as well. Personally I look at my clients' overall lifestyles, since everything is connected. For example, a stressed body may not reap as many nutrients from food, so stress management techniques and activities may be recommended.

I believe that only when you take care of the whole person, the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, can true health & wellness occur.

I believe that everyone can benefit from nutrition counseling. Unfortunately, we do not learn a lot about nutrition in school, and many food companies have deceptive practices that leave consumers feeling confused. We have a serious problem in the U.S. with obesity and chronic disease that can be helped through nutrition coaching. It is important to work with a qualified practitioner that can explain labels, portion sizes, and the benefits of a whole foods diet so that you can reach your health and nutrition goals.

I am passionate about helping women in becoming the best version of themselves. I believe in a holistic approach to all aspects of health-Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual.

Everyone!! Educating ourselves on balanced eating is the key to a healthy lifestyle. working with a coach will help take those first few steps and will nudge you in the right direction so you can help yourself and your family to eat healthily.

I love empowering others to naturally heal body & mind thru holistic fitness, nutrition & health coaching. My whole-person approach is designed to strengthen you and renew your life - inside and out!

Everyone! Honestly, even healthy people can benefit. A coach or counselor can help give you some new ideas and insights, tips, and help you work through everything from health issues to emotional issues related to eating. Nutrition is so wrapped up in our emotions and lifestyle that we often need the help of someone else to find what works for us and what is keeping us from the optimal nutrition and lifestyle goals we're seeking after. I think we can all learn something from each other!

If you're having challenges finding an eating style that's sustainable for you then working with a health coach can be beneficial. When I work with a client one-on-one, I guide her through a process to create personal experiments until she finds an eating style that consists of delicious food that she enjoys eating and that supports her health goals including managing disease and weight loss.

Health coaching designed for you. My mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

Everyone! It's a great opportunity to evaluate your diet. As a health coach, I myself have benefited from nutrition counseling. It's a learning process for anyone to take advantage of. I also believe that it could be hugely beneficial for anyone that's having any type of health challenge. Food is medicine and knowing what works and doesn't work for your own system can help you heal.

Everyone! Food and balanced nutrition is life! How we treat our body and what we put inside our body is reflected on the outside in what our current life looks like. All illness, disease, imbalance, or injury can be healed with nature which is stronger than any human invention. With time, patience, and the correct influences, life can begin to FEEL better, regardless of what pharmaceutical companies and advertisements tell us. Congratulations for taking the courageous steps to really start healing, rather than dealing simply with symptoms. Go for the long-term gain instead of short term solutions. Nutrition counseling with a planned approach from a skilled integrative practitioner is one way to go.

I support women, infants, and children using the best evidence-based practice combined with holistic and functional approaches. Healthy pregnancies and parenting require healthy mothers!

Nutrition is the bedrock of a healthy life. The very first nutrition choices were made for us by our family: we were either breast or bottle-fed, introduced to fruits and vegetables, or sugary junk foods, long before we ever had a choice in what we could eat.

Mothers can benefit from nutritional counseling for pre-conception, fertility, and prenatal health. Breastfeeding mothers will find that their baby will receive all of the nutrition necessary, but it can come at the cost of their own health, energy, and vitality if their own diet is poor. Nutritional counseling can help moms find healthful solutions to our increasingly busy lifestyles (and foods their children will actually eat!) As we continue through life, good nutrition helps us to have balanced hormones, strong immune systems, and the energy we need to get through each day.

Nutrition counseling is an important element of developing a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are just looking to feel healthier or you have a disease state you are struggling with, many times nutrition changes can be the key to resolving or decreasing the severity of these challenges. In addition, if you feel you have a poor relationship with food, working with an eating disorder specialized dietitian as well as a therapist can be beneficial to improving health and quality of life.

I teach you how to master gut health & detoxification naturally, so you can be independently healthy, experience astounding energy, & make a profound impact on those you feel called to serve.

Often times busy professionals and parents come to me for nutritional counseling when they're struggling with their digestion, low energy, and compromised sleep, and they're tired of trying to figure these issues out on their own because by doing so they have also noticed an undeniable decline in their mental well being (stress, anxiety/fear/worry, depression). In my twenty+ years doing clinical work as a Certified Gravity Colon Hydrotherapist, the two most common and profound missing links I see in the healing process are a focus on gut health and proper detoxification. Whether you're brand new to detoxification (cleansing) or have been at it for a while, I can help you utilize nutritional counseling as a direct way to reclaim your vitality by focusing on three simple pillars: proper nourishment, cellular detoxification, and whole-body rejuvenation. There are a number of different situations that let you know you would benefit from nutritional counseling: 1) If you're struggling with getting the health results that you want even though you feel like you're eating what you believe is "healthy food." 2) You aren't sure what to eat or how to eat it and because of this you just feel like you have to "push through" every day. (IE: Food combining principles are new/foreign to you.) 3. You have a history of "dieting," maybe losing some weight, but then you gain it back because you're not being taught what a healthy detoxifying lifestyle actually looks like outside of a "weight loss sprint." (BTW: It's not all about sipping wheatgrass and eating food that tastes like cardboard!) 4. You are someone who is at the top of your game professionally, but you just want to get ahead of your health because you see it's starting to get in the way of your career/family life/love life. If anyone of these things resonates with you, you're an ideal candidate for nutritional counseling. I'd be happy to show you what working with me could look like. If you asked any one of my clients what it was like for them, they would tell you, "...it feels like and looks like I'm aging in reverse." Let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to fill in the gap for you. : )

Using functional clinical nutrition and counseling, I help individuals and families find their personalized path to health and well being.

In a word: everyone. Why? Because there has been so much misinformation out there that everyone, including the medical establishment, is confused. Navigating what ought to be a simple path for optimal nutrition has become an overgrown jungle of conflicting advice. A lot of the problem has stemmed from research that hasn't taken bioindividuality and genetic information into account. It is important to know that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach that will help all humans create optimal health. There are just too many variables. Getting professional help, even one or two sessions, to get yourself on a path that works for YOU is time and money well spent for years to come.

The person who can benefit from nutrition coaching the most is the person who maybe knows what to do, but is having a hard time putting it into action. Nutrition information can be confusing as nutrition science is still in it’s infancy. Every year there seems to be a new study that contradicts what we thought was true. What we DO know is that there isn’t a one-sized fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition. Everyone’s body is different in their need for certain nutrients - which could be a reason why a diet that your partner or friend did produced fantastic results for them, but not for you. If you haven’t quite found the right diet for your body and lifestyle, it could be time to look into a personalized approach.

Nutrition support and counseling is a key element to wellness and longevity. More than 85% of foods Americans eat are made from processed flour, sugars and/or oils. All of these can be inflammatory to the body and the root cause of many chronic diseases and nagging ailments. Our bodies are very resilient and will try to heal itself given the right foods, environment and lifestyle choices.

We are a collective of healers who help people find clarity, balance & ease on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a serious health condition,
working towards a health goal, or looking to fend off flu season, the expertise of a
nutritionist is beneficial.

For those with chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis or heart disease, proper nutrition is also extra essential when it comes to maintaining optimal health.
Some other signs that you might be in need of nutritional counseling:
-Difficulty sleeping or feeling wired
-Sudden weight gain or weight loss
-Over-reliance on caffeine
-Brain fog
-Bloating, constipation, or loose bowel movements
-Irregularity in menstrual cycles
