I am a hypnotherapist & grief recovery specialist who helps people find clarity and ease on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels

FasterEFT was created by Robert Gene. Much like EFT, it helps you solve the things in your head that are bothering you. It helps you make powerful changes within your own mindset. Different tapping points, very targeted and a more direct version of EFT. There are not as many tapping points with FasterEFT. They are both very powerful ways to give you the control you are looking for.

I am passionate about helping women in becoming the best version of themselves. I believe in a holistic approach to all aspects of health-Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual.

A job change can be stressful. It's important to check with yourself what prompted you to change jobs in the first place? does this provide at least a couple of things you are looking for? Is the stress only from the job or due to any personal issues? journaling could be a very powerful tool to find some answers. There are many ways for stress management. Book a free consultation with me so we can work together and I can help with some tips and techniques. https://heal.me/ramyakota24

A saying that I have is this. The hardest journey there really is, is the 8" from the heart to the mouth. My belief is that people TRULY know what they want, but they've been told in the past that they can't, or it's silly, or they're not good at it, etc. And speaking that truth is scary, because then they have to do something or be accountable to it. At this point, we can take steps to achieving your goals and making plans, and being open to those plans playing out differently that we thought. I've seen people overcome this block and step into some pretty amazing lives!

I approach every client as someone to support in their own individual journey of healing and transforming their deepest issues, on exactly the level they were created.

Brain fog in my clients is usually caused by dissociation. Having to dissociate from the given reality in a traumatic event, this often becomes a pattern, from being a coping/survival mechanism the first time, to being something that they cannot control. Some people also describe it as feeling like there is a curtain in front of their head, others say they feel like there is a divide between their head and their body.

A belief is a thought that we see as true and that we continually reinforce.

So then, how do these form?

This is both conscious and subconscious.

Below I'll explain the process of how we come to think what we think. Then, I'll guide you through how this creates limiting beliefs and what you can do to break the cycle.

Let's dive in!

It is estimated that our brain takes in over 2 million bits of a data at a time. This is way too much to consciously process at once. So it filters out the input.

It does so through 3 primary approaches:
1 - Deletes: Data that doesn't match our past stories is filtered out and deleted so we don't have that input brought to our conscious attention.
2 - Distorts: data gets adjusted to match what happened to us in the past and our past interpretations as a means to prove ourselves right and make sense of the world.
3 - Generalize: Data that could be similar to past situations we've been in gets generalized so the same conclusions we made in the past can fit the situation we're in now.

Through this filtering, we then come to a conclusion and have a thought about the experience we're in. But this thought isn't objective - it's based on the filtering process we just went through. So if our past experiences, memories, interpretations, and thoughts were not supportive, and we are using that to determine and filter how we think now, then our result is we end up further supporting past limiting thoughts. The thought gets repeated and strengthened, becoming our beliefs.

You may be wondering, where did these thoughts and beliefs that we filter our experiences through come from?

Here's where it all started.

Between the ages of 0-7 our brainwaves are not the same as when we are adults, and those brainwaves are set up so that we easily take in information around us. This is evolutionary to help us quickly learn and grow and survive - but it also means that we aren't questioning what we're taking in. We learn from the authority figures around us what is right and what is wrong, and we don't have the prefrontal cortex developed enough to consciously decide if we want to take in that approach. So, we end up adopting the mindset (aka thoughts and beliefs) of those around us.

And those mindsets become our memories that we then use as our filters throughout our lives to take in more data.

But we aren't trapped by this programming. We can break the cycle.

It starts with awareness.

This doesn't mean we have to know the specific memories or reasons behind each limiting belief. Instead, we can simply know the themes of what is showing up for us. How we're thinking and feeling in a particular moment. I help my clients do this by helping them see the stories they're in - stories they believe are reality, but are simply the beliefs they didn't know they had.

Then, we need to do subconscious release work. This means releasing the emotional and mental patterns of the past. This is where coaching can be incredibly beneficial. As a Coach, I help you bring some of those patterns to the conscious level.

Finally, the third step is change from a soul-aligned space. This is where you get to adopt your new beliefs. Ones supportive to you that align with your soul and your inner guidance system. Here, I work with clients in Inner Voice sessions. This is where I guide you through a process that allows you to tap into your Inner Voice (also referred to as the Higher Self, True Self, Inner Soul, Inner Being). In this way, you break past the limits of the past and instead live from a soul-aligned space.

This is how limiting beliefs form and how to break free from them.

If this is resonating with you and you are ready for guided support, then schedule a free 60-minute consultation with me. We'll dive into your mind, uncover some of the limits you're placing on yourself, and develop a tailored coaching program to support you.

ADHD is a different type of brain wiring... it becomes pathological when it is in an environment that stresses its abilities rather than responding to them. There is a genetic variant, D4D4 7R, which researchers are associating with ADHD symptoms, particularly novelty-seeking, greater cravings for food and substance use, etc.

When looking at two communities in Kenya in 2008, it was found that in the still nomadic community, those with ADHD symptoms were better nourished and functioned more acceptably than their non-ADHD peers; in the village community, those with ADHD struggled more in the classroom and other more structured areas of communal living.

Humans were hunter-gatherers until the advent of agriculture. Hunter-gatherers needed to know a little bit of everything, they needed to be flexible, adapt to ever-changing circumstances, be on the lookout for unpredictable threats... in other words, they needed the very traits that make individuals with ADHD struggle in the modern world.

Emotional regulation takes energy. If an individual is expending a great deal of energy just attempting to get through each day because the world they live in is not one that their brain wiring is optimized for... they won't have the energy required to maintain good emotional regulation all the time. (I might add that plenty of individuals without ADHD also have a hard time regulating their emotions.)

I'm going to echo what everyone else has said here and say: yes, they're all important. They're really not interchangeable, and it's a little bit silly that they're all grouped together when they're all so different.

But if I had to pick one, I'd pick B12.

It's the most common B vitamin deficiency, due to a combination of convoluted absorption pathway and low concentration in most modern diets.

Many well-intentioned vegetarians, vegans, and others on restricted diets have ended up crashing due to the anemia caused by B12 deficiency, which can take years to show up but can be very serious once it appears.

Most of my patients end up supplementing B12 at some point or another (especially the ones who don't want to eat beef liver, the highest food source of B12!)

Hello, I've been trying to find you a residential treatment center. Which has been a bit difficult to narrow one down for you. So I'm going to attach their website to your question. When you go to their site. There is a contact us option. That mostly likely be the best way to find what you're looking for. If they don't have that option, ask them if they have a suggestion for you. They might be able to find you exactly what you're looking for.

Molecular hydrogen fights free radicals in your body and protects your cells from the effects of oxidative stress. There have been studies done, where it shows hydrogen water experienced decreased levels of hydroperoxide which is a marker of oxidative stress. Some research shows that hydrogen water may be effective at reducing markers of oxidative stress and improving risk factors related to metabolic syndrome. It can reduce your bad cholesterol and increase your good cholesterol. Also, It's great for athletes. It can reduce your blood lactate, and decrease muscle fatigue. Though some research on the health effects of hydrogen water shows positive results, larger and longer studies are needed before conclusions can be drawn. It has been approved by the FDA, and not shown to cause harm.

It is a difficult time individually and collectively for all. For me, two things really helped. Doing zoom sessions with friends every day and getting out in nature. This helped me to not feel alone and connected. Spending too much time watching the news and on social media can actually be a detriment to your health. It's good to be informed but in the end you have to decide what is right for your life and your health. Now and always you have the final say on how your life looks. You make the choice about every aspect of it every day, in every situation. When you give that freedom of choice away, you can feel disenchanted and powerless. No matter what happens in the outer world, you have autonomy over yourself, your body, your life. Align yourself with people who support your thoughts and goals and let go of anything that doesn't support that. I used the Insight Timer app every morning for months to clear my mind, release anxiety and to start my day with a positive mindset. Using apps like this can help deactivate "monkey mind" and take you out of the outside chaos. Do more of what you love to do and make that a priority. Challenges come and go and know that this one will go.

Better than I was before. I began to limit the amount of news and media I take in daily a few months ago and that has really helped. I want to stay informed but I feel newsfeeds are often meant to get a rise out of people, so I had to find a good balance. I've also started to practice breath work and am prioritizing getting sufficient, high quality sleep above all else.

Yes, lip balms can make it worse -- they tend to promote even more touching and licking of the lip surface, which dries them out. Additionally, when the thin film of moisture from lip balm evaporates, it can dehydrate your lips even more.

In short, lip balms are a temporary fix that can help alleviate the discomfort, but ultimately makes it worse over time -- a great strategy for selling more lip balm!

If none of the above help, it's possible the body is trying to express something deeper going on -- if the outside of the digestive system is upset, something might be upset on the inside as well!

Yes, when I'm working with patient with lichen sclerosus, I look at improving pelvic circulation and reducing stagnancy. This stagnancy can be due to an over-solicited sympathetic nervous system and chronic stress, from muscle tension, from exercise and sitting patterns and from hormonal patterns. As Marian said, reducing foods that contribute to inflammation is useful, and somewhat individual for each person. I also use herbal washes and infused oils topically to provide both symptom reduction and tissue healing.

Yes. I agree with the others that there can be many reasons why you hear voices. The first step would be an assessment. I work with many people who discover that the voices are spirit. These may be guides, friends or relatives who have crossed over, sensitivity to the thoughts of others, or lost souls that attach because the find someone who can hear them. I have years of intuitive experiences and practices. I also hold a Masters in Counseling. With this background I can help discern if there are physical causes, some medications, trauma, brain disorders can also create the sense of hearing voices. I have tools to work with these issues as well.
